Weekly Group Classes
  • I used to be active but I haven’t done any exercise for a while due to injuries or because life got in the way. I am looking for a safe, low-impact way to get my mobility and strength back.

  • I am on my feet all day and i  just feel tired all the time. I am looking for a class to improve my mental state so i do not take my work home with me.

  • I want to have more energy so when it gets to the end of the week  i  don't feel so tired and i am using the weekend to have fun with family and friends rather than recover to start the next week.

  • I sit at a desk all day and my back feels really stiff and achy,I know my posture is probably not that good.

Private Classes
  • I want to join group classes but I’ve never done it before and I don’t have the confidence to just join a group class. I want someone to show me around the basics and give me some tips about how to get started with my personal goals and maybe join the group sessions.

  • I have been recommended by my physio/osteopath/chiropractor/doctor to improve my balance , core  , reduce stress and have more energy but i don't think a group class is appropriate for me.

 

  • I need a a tailored class to suit my needs.I need a specialised programme of exercises to do at home or in-between sessions.

 

Workplace wellbeing
  • I am an HR employee  or occupational  health consultant looking to locate teachers to provide in-house training at my workplace. 

 

  • Our firm wants to kick-start a workplace wellbeing programme with  a Tai Chi and Chi Kung masterclass.

 

  • Our firm would like to provide Tai Chi and Chi Kung classes in house and we are looking for teachers

  • Our firm is promoting wellbeing in the workplace and we would like teachers to provide masterclasses in

How did you feel before the class? I had mixed feelings. I go to the gym a lot, however, come back feeling even more tired and stressed. I visit gym two to three times a week.

How did you feel after the class? I felt I had so much energy and felt at peace, the mix of Tai Chi and, Chi kung helps the movement of the body and the energy levels. I felt this is the best practice in the world to connect with your mind to the body. I am very excited for my next session 

 

It was an eye opener wish if I found the class earlier. I liked the taster session where I get to know the basics . It is very helpful and I enjoyed it very much. Todd is a very good trainer and simple but very clear instructions are very helpful,looking forward to more sessions,
