G’day viewers and welcome to Heevanlee tai chi and yoga. My name is Todd and today we have a special episode where we create a yoga flow based on a particular scene in a movie.
The movie is TENET and the scene is the foiling catamarans. Now, these catamarans can travel up to 50 knots as they rise out of the water and are not constrained by the swell impacting the boat speed.
They require a special type of individual to race on and perform at the highest level. So in the yoga sequence today we will focus on what these individuals require. That is strong arms, core, excellent balance, flexibility, and heightened awareness.
If you want to read more about the foiling catamarans check out Sail GP where they have a great blog on the movie and how this scene was filmed.
