Fundamentals | 10 Min Belly breathing to reduce stress

G'day viewers and welcome to your 10-minute fundamentals series class where we focus on breathing. Today is the natural or belly breathing exercise.

In this session, we will understand why breathing is important and some tips and techniques to recognize the 6 qualities and 4 stages of breathing.

Our natural or belly breath is as it says. Our most natural state of breathing and nature's way. As we have grown into adults we have forgotten our natural way which can lead to stress and breathing issues.

I hope this session reminds you of how powerful you are and that you always have the power to overcome any issues you may have. Start with the breath and changes will follow.
