Fundamentals | Full body breathing to reduce stress

G'day viewers and welcome to your fundamentals series class where we focus on breathing. Today is the full-body breathing sequence.

For this sequence, we move to a standing position and specifically the horse-riding stance. This stance allows you to be well balanced when moving through this sequence. This sequence engages the full body breath creating a deeper and relaxing meditative experience. It is one of the fundamental breathing sequences for Tai Chi and Qi gong.

You will less be stressed when practicing this sequence and it is great to add into your other movement practices or any time when you need to reset if you are working at a desk for long periods of time.

I hope you enjoy this practice and do let me know how you get on.

Breathing is LIFE so go and live it.

Have an awesome day wherever you are in the world and if you have been thanks for watching.
