G'Day Viewers, Welcome to Yoga for Surfers a 20 Min Yoga flow to Improve your pop up, increase hip flexibility, back and shoulder strength
In this flow, we are primarily focused on the pop-up from the lying to standing position but also about strengthening the shoulders and back to improve paddling and stay injury-free so you can stay in the surf longer ;-)
